Government Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr, pressed charges against 15 people, including 11 detainees, for forming a terrorist cell affiliated to Shadi Mawlawi and the Nusra Front, on the offense of planning to carry out terrorist acts on New Year's Eve, and explosive attacks in Beirut, Tripoli and Dahye, as well as planning the assassination of current and retired officers and targeting civilians in gathering places.
Saqr referred the dossier, with the detainees, to military magistrate Riad Abu Ghida, the NNA correspondent said.
