
Saudi Arabia came first in the list of Arab countries importing Giza products in October, according to a report issued by Giza Chamber of Commerce on Thursday.
Giza's exports to Saudi Arabia hit $4.7 million, accounting for 20.6% of the total exports, the report said.
The report noted that the governorate's exports in October reached $22.7 million.
About 452 goods were exported during the same month to 44 countries.
Saudi Arabia topped Arab countries' list with 20.6%, followed by Yemen with 15.2%, Sudan 13.5%, Jordan with 6.1 and Algeria with 5.8%, the report asserted.
India came in the first place of the foreign countries' list that imported Giza products in October with 3.2%, then Ethiopia with 1.7% and South Africa with 1.6%, according to the report.
