
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met Sunday with Saudi Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdel Aziz, who congratulated him on a successful Egypt Economic Development Conference, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
The conference resulted in a number of Arab and foreign direct investments to Egypt, said Sisi during the meeting.
Sisi voiced appreciation for Saudi King Salman Abdel Aziz for supporting Egypt.
For his part, Prince Muqrin said that the kingdom is keen on developing relations with Egypt and supporting it through this critical stage.
He voiced hope that Saudi contributions to the Egyptian economy could help stabilize the money market in Egypt.
Saudi support for Egypt is constant, Prince Muqrin assured.
