Saudi majlis al-Shura holds session

Majlis Al-Shura held here today its 7th ordinary session under the chairmanship of the Council's Vice Speaker Dr. Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jafri.
The Council demanded that the Ministry of Social Affairs makes greater efforts to strengthen its role in the field of social protection, especially with regard to the completion of opening of social protection houses in the Kingdom's regions.
The Council approved that the General Organization for Grain Silos and Flour Mills works in coordination with the relevant authorities to rationalize the flour consumption and reduce its waste.
The Council also discussed the report of the Financial Committee on the annual report of Saudi Bank of Credit and Savings for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH.
