The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has voiced disgust against the continuation of the sufferings of the Palestinian people still being occupied by Israel and unable to practice their right in development or enjoy the other economic appropriate rights and opportunities, demanding the United Nations and its affiliate bodies to continue work to grant the Palestinian people their economic rights and help them take the sustainable and gradual measures to enhance their right in development.
Speaking at a session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, the Saudi ambassador to the Geneva-based United Nations Faisal bin Hasan Trad expressed his country's worry of the slowness of progress and continuation of obstacles before enforcing the right of Palestinians in development because of the crises and economic and political threats put on their way.
He gave an account on Saudi Arabia's endeavor to put into force the right of Palestinians in development.
