Saudi Security Forces Stormed Awamiyah in the Eastern province, as they shot randomly on the houses. "Awamiyah on Web" website reported that security forces "shot heavily and randomly from the police headquarter in the town". The website also said that the forces’ armored vehicles were heavily deployed in Safwa, a point that lies in the North of the town. Few days earlier, two Saudi citizens were martyred and five others were injured by the security forces’ fire n Qatif, Eastern Saudi Arabia. Local and international media outlets blacked out the story; whereas, the social networks circulated the incident. Eastern Province has been the scene of violent clashes between anti-regime protesters and Saudi forces for some three years. Riyadh has strictly banned any gatherings across the kingdom. Several people have died in the regime crackdown on protests.
