The second round of the Libyan national dialogue

The second round of the Libyan national dialogue resumed in Geneva on Monday in the presence of political parties that participated in the first round.
New parties representing municipality councils are expected to join the new round of talks on Wednesday and Thursday under the auspices of the UN mission in Libya.
The delegation of the Libyan general national congress, whose mandate has ended, did not participate in today's round.
An atmosphere of cautious calm prevails in the dialogue amidst hopes for ending the political and security crisis Libya is going through, the Libyan Chamber of Deputies media office said.
