
Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal started Saturday a working visit to Qatar, where he will co-chair, with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the works of the fifth Algeria-Qatar joint high commission meeting on Sunday.
Accompanied by Minister for Maghreb and African Affairs Abdelkader Messahel, Sellal was welcomed upon his arrival in the airport of Doha by Qatari Finance minister Ali Shareef al-Emadi.
The fifth Algeria-Qatar joint high commission meeting will be an opportunity for both sides to assess bilateral cooperation in all fields.
Several agreements and programmes meant for boosting the ties between the two countries will be signed during the session.
Strengthening partnership between Algerian and Qatari companies of the two countries will be at the centre of discussions among the officials of the two countries.
