
Senior officials from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries met in Doha Monday to put final touches on the draft resolutions of the Foreign Ministers' meeting, due tomorrow.
The officials also held coordination meetings with Jordanian and Moroccan delegations, part of the GCC's strategic partnership with the two Arab countries.
The coordination meetings touched upon economic and political cooperation, as well as the fight against terrorism, said Ambassador Nasser Al-Muzayyen, Director of the GCC Department at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry.
Speaking to KUNA, Al-Muzayyen voiced relief for the outcome of the meetings.
He meanwhile said the draft resolutions would be referred to the foreign ministerial meeting.
