
HM the King's Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has affirmed that Bahraini youth is a cornerstone of the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who is keen on involving the youth in the march of construction and modernisation and outlining their major responsibilities in Bahrain's comprehensive development process so as to promote HM the King's reform project.
In a statement to Mayadeen Magazine, Shaikh Nasser said Bahraini youngsters are Bahrain's real asset, through their participation in various areas of development and honorable sacrifices in 2014 and remarkable role in the parliamentary and municipal elections, expressing pride in their ability of shaping the Kingdom's democratic process and pioneering stride in the political field.
He called upon youth to exert more effort in the march or progress in all fields, stressing his commitment to supporting the youth's initiatives so as to enable them.
He voiced his keen interest on following-up with the Bahraini youth's outstanding activities in various fields, especially the initiatives of supporting creativity, youth excellence partnership with local communities, provision of training opportunities and the establishment of pioneering projects.
He expressed pride in youth achievements, stressing the necessity of setting up a general framework and starting youth gatherings to meet with various government and legislative authorities in order to launch and implement initiatives.
