Policemen in Al-Arish resumed a strike on Saturday, after they suspended it on Friday, until their demandswere fulfilled. The strike includes all police stations and security directorate services, the traffic administration and public utilities police in Al-Arish. On Thursday, Al-Arish policemen announced joining a strike organized by Central Security Forces in Al-Arish. They organized a protest outside the security directorate on Friday. North Sinai Security Director Sameh Ahmed Beshadi met them and promised to meet their demands, asking them to suspend the strike. The strike staged by the CSF sector in Al-Arish enters its third day on Saturday.
