
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has approved a diplomatic reshuffle of Egypt's ambassadors abroad on Sunday.
The diplomatic reshuffle included nominating ambassadors in various capitals and important cities around the world.
Yasser Reda has been nominated as Egypt's Ambassador in Washington in succession of Ambassador Mohamed Tawfik whereas Badr Abdel Aati was named as Egypt's Ambassador in Berlin in succession of Ambassador Mohamed Hegazy.
The decree also included the nomination of Nasser Hamdy Zaghloul as Egypt's Ambassador in Riyadh and Alaa Youssef Hassan as Consul General in London.
Also, Ahmed Shahin has been nominated as Consul General in Milan, Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for Diplomatic and Consular Affairs Hazem Khairat named as Egypt's Ambassador in Tel Aviv in succession of Ambassador Atef Salem, who was nominated as Egypt's Ambassador to Cuba.
Mohamed Aboul Dahab has been nominated as Consul General in Chicago.
The nominations also included ambassadors Yasser Atef to Kuwait, Wael Gad to the UAE, Hatem Seif el Nasr to the Vatican, Abdel Rahman Salah to Czech Republic, Hussein Mubarak to Cyprus, Sabry Magdy to Oman, Sherif Shahin to Pakistan, Soha el Far to Bahrain, Yasser el Shawaf to Tanzania, Abu Bakr Hanafi to Ethiopia, and Alaa Roshdi to Brazil.
Lamia Meikhmar has been nominated as Consul General in Los Angeles while Mahi Abdel Latif named as Egypt's Ambassador to Norway, Youssef Mekawi named as Egypt's Ambassador to Slovenia and Assistant Foreign Minister for Cultural Affairs Olfat Farah named as Egypt's Ambassador to Croatia.
