
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met Saturday with former prime minister Ibrahim Mahlab, who now serves as presidential assistant for national and strategic projects.
Sisi praised efforts exerted by Mahlab's government at a very critical time of Egypt's history.
Ministers did their best to serve the nation, Sisi told Mahlab.
Sisi appointed Mahlab as his assistant for national and strategic projects given his role in implementing a number of development projects in the country, which will sure contribute to achieving an economic growth and securing more jobs for youth.
Sisi stressed the need for Mahlab to follow up all national projects that are still under construction.
