
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has explained measures taken by Egypt to lay the foundations for stability in the country and to continue the process of democratic transition as well as creating a favorable environment for investment.
The remarks were made during a dinner banquet held by Korber Foundation, a major research institutions in Germany, said spokesman for presidency Alaa Yousef.
A raft of honorable figures, politicians and intellectuals were present at the gathering.
President Sisi reviewed at his residence the latest political developments in Egypt.
Sisi also tackled the latest developments in the region, mainly the Palestinian cause, the situation in Libya, Syria and Yemen and efforts exerted to fight terrorism.
At the end of his visit to Berlin, Sisi was interviewed by Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper and the official German TV.
During the interviews, Sisi tackled the regional and domestic developments along with the progress in the bilateral relations in various fields.
