
Some 35 Daesh militants have been killed amid violence in Hama and Al-Hasaka in central and northeastern Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Saturday.
Syrian military airstrikes killed 26 Daesh militants, only one of whom is an Arab national, as they were travelling in a vehicle in an eastern town in Hama.
The airstrikes which rained down on the surrounding area also led to the death one more member of the militant group.
Meanwhile, fierce clashes were reported in Al-Hasaka between Kurdish and Daesh fighters, according to SOHR, the fighting leading to the killing of eight Daesh militants.
To the northeast of Al-Hasaka, close to the Turkish border, two civilians were killed in shelling launched by Daesh on the town of Tal Tamer.
In the city of Douma, some 10km northeast of Damascus, five people were killed, along with several others injured as a result of Syrian airstrikes.
