The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement - North (SPLM-N) said late on Saturday that the second meeting of the informal talks with the Sudanese government has failed.
The meeting, which is organized by the African Union High Level Implementation Panel (AUHIP) and the German government, kicked off Friday in Berlin.
It was the second of its kind after a first meeting in Addis Ababa from 16 to 18 December.
SPLM-N spokesman Mubarak Ardol said that the failure of talks was a result of the Sudanese government delegation's refusal of all proposals submitted by SPLM-N.
