Srour discusses cooperation with Kuwait

Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Saad Hayel Srour on Sunday discussed with Kuwait’s Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Al Duaij, means of forging closer ties between Jordan and Kuwait, mainly in the parliamentary field. The two officials also reviewed agenda of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union meeting scheduled to be held in Kuwait early next month and the importance of the meeting in promoting Arab parliamentary work. Srour called for coordinating stances on various issues of concern to the Arab and Islamic nations. The ambassador highlighted the strong ties between Jordan and Kuwait in various fields.
