
The Chief Justice, Dr. Haidar Ahmed Dafa'alla, has stressed the importance of expanding the state's dignity and the rule of law in all the states and localities of Darfur.
This came at a meeting held by the Chief Justice at his office with the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Bushara Dosa, the Deputy Chief Justice, Abdul-Majid Idris, and the State Minister at the Ministry of Justice, Ahmed Abu-Zaid.
The Chief Justice has underscored the importance continuity of the coordination and efforts between the Judiciary and the Ministry of Justice for guaranteeing judicial presence, realizing justice and keeping the rule of law in Darfur states, especially in East Darfur State which is witnessing tribal confrontations and security violations.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Justice has affirmed the necessity of the justice partnership and coordination between all the concerned authorities for guaranteeing the dignity of the state and the rule of law in Darfur states, especially in East Darfur State.
