
The Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) Secretary General Hazem Fahmi met on Thursday with General Director of Bilateral and Regional Relations at Sudanese Foreign Ministry Mohamed Eissa Edam.
Present at the meeting were Egypt's Ambassador in Khartoum Osama Shaltout in addition to a number of Sudanese officials.
The meeting tackled the future of cooperation between EAPD and the Sudanese sides concerned in regard to increasing the abilities of Sudanese cadres in industrial, technical fields in line with the Sudanese priorities.
In statements to MENA following the meeting, Shaltout said that an agreement has been reached to exchange Egyptian-Sudanese expertise.
The Sudanese Foreign Ministry lauded the role played by EAPD in backing social and development projects as well as increasing the abilities of technical, professional cadres in all domains, he added.
