
The Syrian army ambushed a terrorist convoy on Qalamoun's barrens, striking its 20 vehicles and multinational militants by air raids and artillery shells.
The militants' sources asserted that large number of militants were killed and that al-Nusra commander Abu Malek al-Talli was leading the convoy, Al-Manar reported Wednesday.
In the neighborhood of Jobar in Damascus, the militant opposition sources stressed that the Syrian army killed a large number of terrorists as it targeted their hideouts and concentration centers in an unprecedented way.
The Syrian military fiercely clashed with the militant groups in Quneitra countryside, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
The Syrian army also continued targeting ISIL strongholds in Deir Ezzur, inflicting heavy losses upon its terrorists.
