Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Al-Araby and a senior official of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces (NCSROF) met here on Saturday the NCSROF's possible participation in next Arab meetings.
Following the meeting, Chairman of the NCSROF's Legal Committee Haitham Al-Maleh said in statements that although the 2013 Doha summit allowed the coalition to take Syria's seat, other Arab countries threatened to withdraw from the Arab League, if the step was put in place.
Al-Maleh expressed hope that the national coalition will be invited to attend the next Arab summit scheduled to be held on March 28-29.
