Union Construction and Investment’s TABO Development company has released a new master plan in Kobar named “Kobar E” due to the high demand for land in Kobar, a beautiful town near Birziet University. After selling out two master plans in Kobar, Kobar E is TABO’s third master plan in this area.
Located 9km northwest of the centre of Ramallah and a mere 3km from Birzeit University, one of Palestine’s leading academic institutions, Kobar is a prime location for prospective Palestinian home owners. TABO specifically selected Kobar for its prime location and rapid appreciation, thus offering a high investment opportunity for those looking to invest in solid assets.
Alongside being a constructive economic venture, acquiring a plot of land in Kobar will enable families to enjoy the best of Palestine’s natural environment. Situated among rolling hills, plots in the new the Kobar E master plan will possess unobstructed views that display some of the best natural offerings in the West Bank, while being a few kilometres away from a Palestinian leading academic institution. Kobar E already includes paved roads, guard rails, and is undergoing electricity implementation making it an ideal location to build a home.
“The release Kobar E is due to the incredible demand we’ve seen for Kobar. It makes sense as Kobar is ideally situated: It’s close Birzeit University, close to Ramallah’s bustling economic activity, while simultaneously offering stunning, unobstructed views, peace and quiet”, said CEO and Vice Chairman of UCI and co-founder of TABO, Eng. Khaled Al Sabawi.
“The burgeoning interest in TABO is not only due to the attractive locations and quality of our master plans, but also because we are able to offer affordable payment schemes of direct financing up to 5 years with no interest”, he added.
Furthermore all the title deeds for the Kobar E master plan are already prepared and ready to be transferred to TABO’s customers. The creation of title deeds helps prevent illegal land confiscation by Israel’s occupation.
