Assistant Foreign Minister for African Affairs Sabri Magdi Sabri said there was an obvious relation between the different terrorist organizations in the Arab and African regions as they embrace extremism.
The international community has to handle those organizations equally without giving special focus to a certain group while neglecting the others, Sabri said during a meeting with African ambassadors in Cairo.
He expounded on the state of emergency declared in North Sinai in the aftermath of the terror attack that hit the city on Friday and left dozens of army men killed and injured.
Egypt will continue ahead with the development, reform and construction march that would not be stopped by terrorist operations, he said.
