Tunis NCA adopts 5 articles of draft organic law

The National Constituent Assembly (NCA) adopted on Friday in a plenary session, the articles 9, 10, 14, 17 and 18 of the draft organic law providing for the creation of interim authority of the judicial order."The vote on remaining articles will be postponed until the settlement of some contentious issues between the presidents of caucuses," Kalthoum Badreddine, president of the general legislation commission has said, adding the vote will be on articles not subjected to proposals of amendment.A plenary session is due next Tuesday to pursue examination of the remaining articles of this draft law
