
Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui on Thursday discussed with his Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani preparations for a visit by Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi to Doha on May 17-19.
Jhinaoui is now paying a visit to Qatar to attend the seventh ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum hosted by Doha on May 11-12, according to a statement by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.
The two sides also tackled ways of boosting bilateral relations in various fields as well as a number of Arab and regional issues of common concern, it said.
