
The Tunisian Foreign Ministry decided to minimize its consular services in Tripoli and in Benghazi and offer them in emergency cases in light of the latest developments in Libya as a precaution against the deterioration of the security situation , Foreign Ministry said in a statement today During the next few days consular office will be opened at Ras Jedir border crossing between the two countries to render services to the Tunisian community in Libya, and to facilitate their return to Tunisia , the statement added.
The statement called on Tunisians who live in Libya to be careful and take the necessary measures to ensure their safety and urged them "if necessary" to return to Tunisia.
