Unidentified persons torch power transformers in Sharqiya
Blackout in several villages

Unidentified persons set fire to two power transformers in Sharqiya, causing a blackout in several villages with no casualties reported.
Fire engines rushed to the scene to put out the flames and a security cordon was erected around.
According to initial examination, the fire started after the unidentified persons threw highly inflammable materials on the two transformers.
A team of engineers and technicians was formed to fix the transformers.
