
Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Wednesday met Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the current situations in the occupied Arab territories and the Israeli occupation government’s military violence against Palestinian civilians, continued settlement plans, Judaization of Jerusalem and the division of Al-Aqsa Mosque, state news agency SPA reported.
Prince Salman stressed to the Palestinian president the kingdom’s firm stance in support of the Palestinian cause, “calling on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and intervene to stop the Israeli dangerous military escalation against the Palestinian people,” including the recent heinous crimes against Palestinians under the pretext of the disappearance of three Israelis.
