Yemeni President Abd Rabbou Mansour Hadi on Tuesday chaired a meeting of advisers of political parties and security personnel to discuss the situation in the country, a day after heavy street fighting engulfed the capital.
The meeting was meant to find ways to achieve stability and prevent divisions, according to Saba news agency.
Hopefully, all political powers would recognize the size of the problem and its impact on Yemen's future, Hadi said.
He called for convening an urgent meeting of parties signatory to the peace and national partnership agreement to solve all pending disputes.
A solution will be reached eventually, Hadi believes. He pressed for serious action for the sake of Yemen's security, stability and unity.
