
Yemeni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received second invitation to attend the upcoming Arab League summit planned to be held in Cairo on March 28-29.
During a phone-call conversation, AL chief Nabil el Araby invited the Yemeni president to take part in the summit which marks the 70th anniversary of the pan-Arab body, read a statement by the Yemeni presidency.
Hadi hailed role played by the Arab League in the region that has been gripped by turmoil for over four years.
The president hoped that the next summit come out with resolution that may help maintaining security and stability of the Arab world.
