Youths are the hope of Egypt's future and they constitute nearly one-third of the population, affirmed Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
"Youths were also at the forefront of the revolutionaries and we encourage parties to give a chance for them to work in politics," he added.
Responding to a question during a special session held at Davos Forum on Thursday, Sisi said that Youths constitute more than 50 percent of members of specialized councils.
The state prepares youths to play a constructive role in Egypt's future, he went on to say.
"We need your investments and welcome them in order to provide jobs for youths, as we have an unemployment problem and seek to generate new jobs," Sisi said.
"We take economic measures to flourish investments and implement various projects that create new jobs," he added.
"Youths were marginalized for several years and this will not be repeated in Egypt," he made it clear.
