Ministers Ahmed el Zend of Justice and Ahmed Emad of Health headed to the International Medical Center on the Cairo-Ismailia desert road to visit the two judges who were injured in the terror attack in el Arish city, in North Sinai, early Tuesday.
The two judges were transferred from el Arish to the center for treatment.
Three people, including two policemen, were killed, while 12 police and army personnel and civilians were injured in the terror attack on El Arish Swiss Inn hotel where members of the judicial committee overseeing the elections are staying.
A Takfiri element driving a booby-trapped car tried to approach the hotel, but army and police troops rapidly dealt with him and prevented the car from reaching its target.
The joint police and army troops opened fire on the vehicle and killed the suicide bomber.
During the exchange of fire with the militants, a second suicide bomber sneaked into the hotel's kitchen and blew himself up. Meanwhile, a third element entered a hotel room and opened random fire on one of the residents, killing a judge.
A search operation was launched to hunt down any terrorist elements involved in the attack, while the injured will be offered full medical care.
