Stopping all Israeli settlement activities and atrocities against the Palestinians and sanctities, and releasing a fourth batch of Palestinian captives are the conditions for the resumption of negotiations.
According to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, a timetable to establish the Palestinian state shall be set and Israel has to commit to the agreements signed by both parties since 1993.
"These are our conditions for the resumption of negotiations with the Israeli side," Abbas told a ceremony in Ramallah marking the world anti-corruption day.
Abbas reiterated the Palestinian people's adherence to their rights and that they would not offer concessions under any condition.
