
The Israeli army demolished the home of a Palestinian accused of murdering two Israelis in Jerusalem’s Old City in October.
The Israeli forces demolished the home of Muhannad Shafik Muhammad Halabi in Surda, northeast of Ramallah, The Jerusalem Post reported.
Halabi allegedly stabbed and shot Rabbi Nehemia Lavi and Cpl. Aharon Benita, while also wounding a number of others, including Benita’s wife and baby daughter, at the Lion’s Gate in the Old City. The 19-year-old Palestinian was shot dead at the scene by security forces.
