Israel opens fire at Palestinian farmers, fishermen in Gaza

Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian farmers and fishermen in Gaza City but no casualties were reported.

Israeli forces stationed on the borderline east of Rafah, south of Gaza, opened machine gun fire on a group of farmers and prevented them from approaching their farms, local sources said.

Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles, accompanied by an excavator, made a limited incursion into east of Bureij refugee camp in central the Gaza Strip under the protection of jets.

In the same context, Israeli military boats opened heavy fire randomly at fishing boats six nautical miles from the coasts of Al Sudaniya and Al Waha areas, northwest the Gaza Strip, forcing the fishermen to flee to the shore.
