Israeli authorities on Wednesday notified three Palestinians in Khallet al-Mayyeh, a small village to the south of Hebron, about their intention to demolish their homes, according to local sources.
Rateb Jabour, coordinator of the Anti-Settlement Commission in Hebron, told WAFA that Israeli forces handed a written notification to three Palestinian locals in the village, informing them that their homes will be demolished under the pretext of construction without an Israeli permit.
The homes to be demolished belong to Ismail Najjar, Khalil Omour, and Mohammad Makhamreh.
The village is located in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli control, where Israel imposes strict restrictions on the issuance of construction permits to Palestinians.
This came only hours after Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian-owned building in Jerusalem, as well as demolished residential structures and animal barns near Nablus.
