
Israeli forces detained overnight 11 during predawn raids into a number of West Bank districts, said Palestine Prisoner’s Society and security sources.
Seven Palestinians were detained from Jerusalem, two others from Qalqiliya, two others from Jericho district and another from Hebron.
Israeli forces detained seven Palestinians, including three minors, during predawn raids into the Jerusalem town of al-Issawiya.
The detainees were identified as Qadhaf Abu Rajab, Nadim Obeid, Shadi Durbas, Mo’men Mahmoud, 15, Hamza Abu Rmeila, a minor, Yazan Abu Asab, 14, and Mutasim Abu Asab, 24.
During the predawn raid, forces broke into and ransacked a number of homes and assaulted homeowners as clashes erupted during the raid.
Meanwhile, forces detained Bilal Suwwan and Na'im Ghanem from Qalqiliya district in the northern West Bank.
Two other Palestinians identified as Jibril Kharabish and Khaled Safi were detained from Jericho district.
This came as forces early Wednesday and Tuesday night detained other 12 Palestinians from the West Bank.
This brought the total number of Palestinian detained since Tuesday night to 23.
