
Israeli forces Monday detained nine Palestinians, including a university lecturer and a minor, and summoned another during overnight raids across the West Bank, said Palestine Prisoner's Society.
According to Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), forces detained four Palestinians after storming and ransacking their houses in the southern West Bank district of Hebron.
Two Palestinians were detained from Ramallah and al-Bireh district.
In the northern West Bank, forces detained a Palestinian youth, during a predawn raid into Qalqilia.
They also detained another youth, after storming and thoroughly ransacking his family house in Wadi Fukin village, west of Bethlehem.
During the overnight raid, forces handed a Palestinian, a notice ordering him to appear before intelligence in the Gush Etzion detention and interrogation center.
Forces also set up a checkpoint at the western entrance of Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, inspecting Palestinian-registered vehicles and beating up a passenger.
In Jerusalem, police detained 13-year-old child from Jaba' town, northeast of the city.
