The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to shoulder its legal and ethical responsibility towards the suffering of the Palestinian people as well as the Israeli violations against the Palestinian territories, properties and houses.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the ministry urged the international community to take serious stances in line with the international legitimacy, its decisions as well as laws to support the French ideas and back the Palestinian leadership in its efforts exerted to offer international protection to the Palestinian people and issue a resolution from the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to halt settlements and remove it.
The Foreign Ministry expressed amazement at the international silence towards the Israeli crimes.
It also said that the Israeli government continues its violations against the Palestinians via intensifying usurpation of Palestinian territories and expanding settlements on Palestinian lands.
The ministry strongly slammed the policies of the Israeli cabinet and settlers who are backed at the political and military levels by Israel.
