Palestinian killed, wounded after Israeli car ran them over

A Palestinian young man was killed and another was wounded after an Israeli settler ran them over with his car near Silfit city in the occupied West Bank.
Khalil Amer, 19, was killed and a friend of his was wounded when the motorbike they were on was hit by the settler's car that ran them over, said Palestinian sources.
The sources pointed out that the occupation troops sealed off all roads leading to the scene.
