Traffic restricted for December 31 in BeijIng

Traffic along the Bund and Nanjing Road will be restricted for New Year’s Eve celebrations next Tuesday. Police said Zhongshan Road E1 and Sichuan Road M. will be closed temporarily from 8pm to 12:30am. The Nanjing Road E. station on Metro Line 2 and 10 will also be blocked during the period. The Dongjin ferry service will be suspended as well as the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel. A number of celebrations are being planned across the city on the night of December 31
