Bassem Youssef on Stewart's The Daily Show Cairo - Akram Ali Egyptian viewers will be able to catch American political satirist and television host, Jon Stewart, on Egyptian presenter, Bassem Youssef‘s show Al Bernameg on Friday. Stewart is returning the favour for Youssef, who appeared as a guest on the American Daily Show multiple times. Stewart, who is currently on leave from his hosting duties to make his directorial debut with the Iranian-set drama Rosewater, arrived in Cairo on Wednesday for a three-day visit. The last time Youssef appeared on The Daily Show in April, he discussed his recent arrest for satirising Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi.
