Home built on sand castles-style costs $8m

Many people dream of housing in a home inspired from sand castles, and perhaps they can get it now in exchange for $ 7.2 million. The house is built in the Gothic style on the waterfront in the Beach city, which is one of the most affluent suburbs in Western Australia. 

The home is for sale for $ 7.2 million this week, and it is expected that it will break records of sales of South Beach city.

The owner of the house, Tani Richards, said the house was inspired by her childhood spent in building sand castles on the beach, and of course, the only option is to build this block on sea, in the form of stunning sand castle. 

Richards added that her vision was a house, which will feature three generations of her family, herself and her husband, Tim, and her four children, as well as her parents.

The house consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring many of the livable areas, including a spectacular balcony on the upper floor, a music room, home theater and office. It built of limestone from three innings. 

The unusual design also includes forms of iron, wood floors, and windows on the cathedral model. It also includes a pool of ceramics. The pool, baths and tiles are all handmade from the integration of Celtic symbols and designs of the middle ages.
