Three of the radio stations in Gulf News Broadcasting's stable earned top spots in a new survey. While Radio 1 (104.1 FM in Dubai and 100.5 FM in Abu Dhabi) was the number 1 English language station for audiences between 15 and 34 years, it was also the pre-eminent choice in Abu Dhabi and among locals and Arabs. These are based on the Ipsos Media CT findings for the UAE's radiometry over a four-week period between March and April. Meanwhile, Radio 2 (99.3 FM in Dubai and 106 FM in Abu Dhabi) was the number 1 English language station for an older demographic aged 35 years and over. It was also the first choice of decision-makers and listeners with high disposable incomes.
