Argentina have handed a surprise call-up to Wigan striker Franco Di Santo for next month's friendly against Saudi Arabia. Uncapped Di Santo, who has played for Argentina's U-20 team, is one of four English-based players in the squad for the match in Riyadh on 14 November. Manchester City pair Pablo Zabaleta and Sergio Aguero as well as Newcastle's Fabricio Coloccini will also travel to Saudi Arabia. "This is unbelievable. For any player in the world playing with [Lionel] Messi is the best," Di Santo said. "I will have a smile in my face for several days. This is something I have always dreamed, and now it's true." Espanyol goalkeeper Cristian Alvarez and Valencia midfielder Tino Costa are the other surprise names in the squad. Argentina squad: Cristian Alvarez (Espanyol), Sergio Romero (Sampdoria), Mariano Andujar (Catania); Federico Fernandez, Hugo Campagnaro (both Napoli), Ezequiel Garay (Benfica), Marcos Rojo (Sporting Lisbon), Pablo Zabaleta (Manchester City), Fabricio Coloccini (Newcastle), Fabian Monzon (Lyon); Midfielders: Javier Mascherano (Barcelona), Angel Di Maria (Real Madrid), Fernando Gago, Tino Costa (both Valencia), Augusto Fernandez (Celta Vigo), Ricky Alvarez (Inter Milan), Enzo Perez (Benfica), Eduardo Salvio (Benfica), Fabian Rinaudo (Sporting Lisbon); Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Gonzalo Higuain (Real Madrid), Sergio Aguero (Manchester City), Franco Di Santo (Wigan).
