Czech Republic striker Milan Baros has rejoined Czech top-flight side Banik Ostrava after parting company with Turkish giants Galatasaray last week, Banik announced on Monday. "Milan Baros signed a contract with Banik until 30 June 2014," Banik, where Baros started his career, announced on their website. The 31-year-old left Turkish first division leaders Galatasaray by mutual consent last week, shortly after the club had recruited former Chelsea star Didier Drogba on an 18-month contract. Baros joined Galatasaray in 2008 and was the Turkish league's leading scorer in his debut season. He rose to prominence at UEFA EURO 2004, a tournament which he finished as the top scorer, and has also played for Liverpool, Aston Villa and Lyon. Baros, who won the UEFA Champions League with Liverpool in 2005, ended his international career after EURO 2012, having scored 41 goals in 93 games for the Czech Republic. FIFA .
