AC Milan said on Wednesday that they will try to resist the temptation to sell Brazil defender Thiago Silva, who is reportedly a target for wealthy English champions Manchester City. "We'll do everything possible and impossible to resist every type of temptation," Milan Chief Executive Adriano Galliani said. "Thiago is happy to stay at Milan and he has a contract that runs until 2016". Galliani also played down talk that Milan's best player, Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, was unhappy and wanted to leave after Serie A's top scorer last season ended the campaign without a trophy to celebrate.
