Jennifer Suhr of the United States won the Olympic gold medal Monday in the women's pole vault. It was the only gold won in London by the Americans Monday and came in the final medal event of the night. The silver went to Yarisley of Cuba and the bronze to Elena Isinbaeva of Russia.
