Barcelona forward Pedro is determined to stay with the club and improve on his personal contribution this season. The 25-year-old has scored five goals in 25 La Liga matches this season, and seven in 40 in all competitions, as Barca regained the league title but were hammered in the Champions League semi-final by Bayern Munich. Pedro told Marca: "I wish I could contribute more, but I'm happy with the opportunities I've had and want to keep improving. I try to work and help my team-mates. This year I may have contributed less and I hope the next season is better." With thoughts turning to the summer transfer window and Barça linked with Brazil playmaker Neymar, Pedro acknowledges his future at the Camp Nou is uncertain. But he said: "There are always changes and many players have left, but my clear intention is to stay here. I have to wait to see if the club decides to sell me, but I am calm. "[Neymar] is a great player and the club want the best in the world. His arrival would be a great joy because we would be very strong. It would mean more competition in attack but it suits me well personally because I'm still learning. Hopefully he can come." Source: fifa.com
