Runner qualifies for semi-finals of 800 M race at London Olympics

Saudi Runner Abdulaziz Laadan qualified yesterday for semi-final of 800 meters race after ranking third in the third round of the competition held here yesterday within the framework of London Olympics, 2012. Laadan recorded a time of 1:46:09 minutes. On the other hand, Saudi Athlete Sultan Al-Daoudi was eliminated from the competition of discus throw after ranking 18th out of 21 throwers with a distance of 59.54 meters.
